What You’ll Do
As a Clinic Support Specialist, you’ll help our busy clinic run smoothly by taking care of important paperwork, patient check-outs, and other behind-the-scenes tasks. You’ll work closely with doctors, nurses, and patients to make sure everyone has the support they need.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking out patients after appointments
- Sending written instructions to patients after their procedures
- Working with hospitals (like Maine Medical Center) to match up appointment schedules
- Handling patient record requests
- Supporting special projects or assignments as needed
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
– Has a high school diploma or equivalent
– Has at least 2 years of office or healthcare experience (preferred)
– Is a strong communicator—both in person and on the phone
– Pays attention to detail and stays organized
– Is comfortable using a computer and handling paperwork
– Is willing to learn and grow with the team
Bonus: Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required (we can help you get it if needed)

Physical Requirements
This job involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, and sometimes lifting up to 25 pounds. You’ll spend a lot of time using a computer and working closely with others in a clinical setting.
Compensation
Minimum: $22.30/hour
Maximum: $26.90/hour
Compensation is based on education, experience, and certifications you’ve earned.
